Im struggling with returning my Panter! What to do?

"This could be due to a few different things, but don’t worry, we’ll help you resolve it quickly!

Before getting started - double-check that the name of the packaging you are returning matches one of the packages borrowed on your account.

  1. scan the QR code on the return sign and then the QR code on the packaging. Make sure both codes were registered by your camera.

  2. If it still doesn’t work, there might be poor lighting or internet connection in the area. Try to find better lighting and a stronger connection.

  3. If you’re still having trouble, ask a staff member for assistance! They can scan the packaging for you.
