Sustainability shouldn’t be a question of affordability! That’s why we offer our reusable containers and mugs free of charge. Borrow them for free and return to any of the many Panter affiliated restaurants and cafés within 7 days.
Panter can have the greatest climate impact if the containers get returned quickly to be used by new guests again and again. But we still want our users to feel that it’s convenient and stress-free to use Panter instead of disposable packaging.
Borrowing Panter containers is free. However, if your container isn’t returned within 7 days, we will send a reminder and charge a fee of 10 kronor. You now have three additional weeks to return your container to any Panter affiliated restaurant or café. Should it not be returned after 30 days, you will be charged another fee of 90 kronor. No further charges will be made. You can keep the container and use it freely for as long as you like.
No fees will be repaid. When you return your container, it’s important that you scan the QR codes both on the container and the return station in order to receive a return receipt. If you believe that you’ve been charged a fee wrongfully, please send an e-mail with a screen dump of your return receipt to [email protected]
