Starting from January 1, 2024, all food service establishments that sell more than 150 portions of food or drink in single-use packaging per open business day on average must offer their customers reusable packaging options as part of a rotation system. From January 1, 2026, this requirement will apply to all establishments selling more than 75 portions per day.
