When the guest chooses a reusable container:
Inform the guest that they need to have Panter app installed on their phone and a registered account. (This only takes about a minute to do, but needs to be completed in order to borrow a Panter.)
Show the cup or bowl to the guest so that they can the QR code on the container themselves using their phone and the Panter app.
After that, ask to check the loan receipt on the guests smartphone to ensure the container has been correctly registered as borrowed.
